Lorenz Consult has had a presence in Vienna since 2006, with its headquarters in Graz. Initially, the office was staffed by just two employees, but today, seven employees manage the growing customer base. Additionally, about three employees commute weekly from Graz to Vienna. Over the next one to two years, Lorenz Consult aims to further increase the number of employees in Vienna. This expansion is a direct result of the improved order situation, which significantly exceeded expectations last year. As the team in Vienna has grown, the company moved to a larger office in early 2025, now located on Modecenterstra\u00dfe in the 11th district.<\/p>\n

When selecting the location and office furnishings, a strong emphasis was placed on sustainability. Furniture from previous locations is being reused in line with ecological responsibility, and the existing layout of the new office was minimally modified. Another key requirement was finding office space that enables focused work in a pleasant atmosphere. The office is in close proximity to the subway and is also easily accessible by bicycle. The new office is located in the MARXIMUM building, which has been awarded the Silver Certification by \u00d6GNI (Austrian Sustainable Building Council) for its environmentally friendly construction and efficient resource usage, contributing to lower primary energy consumption. Employees also have access to a private rooftop terrace.<\/p>\n

Focus on Optimal Collaboration Between Locations<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition to its headquarters in Graz and the Vienna branch, Lorenz Consult also has offices in Linz and Villach. These locations aim to provide the best possible service to clients on-site. A key success factor in this strategy is strong collaboration among employees across different locations. To facilitate this, an internal application process was launched in September 2024 to appoint a location coordinator. A member of the Vienna team has taken on this important role in addition to their regular duties. Their responsibility is to ensure the technical operation of the office, foster social interaction among colleagues, and promote intensive exchange between the specialized team leaders.<\/p>\n
