Under the motto <em>\u201cValuable &amp; Impactful\u201d<\/em>, we explored how experience and knowledge can shape the future of Lorenz Consult.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Why this workshop matters:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In an era where the construction and planning industry is evolving rapidly, experience and knowledge are crucial for sustainable success. Our goal: actively integrate the expertise of our senior teams into our corporate strategy while fostering the next generation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key topics of the workshop:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Appreciation in everyday work:<\/strong> How do we create an environment where experience truly pays off?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knowledge management:<\/strong> Which methods help us transfer knowledge effectively?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mentoring &amp; talent development:<\/strong> How do we empower our juniors to reach the next level?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In four intensive hours, ideas were collected, challenges openly addressed, and concrete solutions developed. Moderated by Dr. Germuth, a lively dialogue emerged, proving that the future doesn\u2019t happen by chance \u2013 it is created through exchange.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Our conclusion:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The results of the workshop will directly feed into our corporate strategy. Because we believe: we don\u2019t just design buildings \u2013 we shape the future.
