Two Locations – One Strong Team
The building services team is growing – not just in numbers, but also in unity. With colleagues from Graz and Vienna working on various projects, it was time to strengthen connections and spark new impulses.
The morning focused on aligning around a shared team vision:
What connects the existing team with the many new colleagues, especially in Vienna? Where do we need fresh approaches to keep team spirit alive and future-ready?
The afternoon turned active:
During an interactive iPad rally, the team explored the area with lots of fun, teamwork, and creativity – all with the goal of strengthening collaboration, building trust, and discovering new group dynamics.
