EXPO REAL 2025 in Munich – A Look Back at Three Inspiring Days
EXPO REAL in Munich was a great success for Lorenz Consult. From October 6 to 8, the international real estate and investment industry gathered at the Trade Fair Center Messe München. With over 42,000 participants from more than 70 countries and an extensive conference program, the fair offered a unique platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and new business opportunities.
Our Managing Director Christian Lorenz and Branch Manager Martin Priehse took the opportunity to exchange ideas with experts from various fields. Particularly valuable were the discussions on current industry trends such as sustainable construction, digitalization, and the challenges in residential development. EXPO REAL is considered Europe’s largest trade fair for real estate and investments – and this was evident in the diversity of topics: from project development and financing to logistics and hotel properties, as well as innovative housing concepts.
Beyond the presentations and panel discussions, personal interaction was key for us. We were able to establish new contacts, initiate potential collaborations, and gain exciting insights for future projects.
EXPO REAL once again demonstrated the importance of personal encounters in an increasingly digital world. We thank all discussion partners and organizers for three inspiring days and are already looking forward to the next fair.
