Last week, Lorenz Consult hosted a special workshop: our staff units joined forces to develop a shared vision. The workshop was an inspiring moment that highlighted the importance of collaboration beyond traditional team structures.

Although the functions of our staff units differ, we pursue a common goal: to provide the best possible support to our operational teams and actively contribute to the company’s success. This workshop offered an opportunity to exchange ideas, identify synergies, and define a clear direction for the future.
